Ibrahim Elnaggar

Ibrahim is an FP&A leader with 15+ years of experience driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business strategy across SaaS, healthcare, financial services, public companies, and nonprofits.

Over his career he has managed budgets ranging from $25M to $2.2B — building the SaaS metrics, forecasts, and executive reporting that support C-suite, board, and investor decisions. Most recently as Head of FP&A at Halborn, he improved forecast accuracy by 15% year over year and cut operating expenses by 12% while protecting growth.

He founded Fraxera to bring that same enterprise-grade financial discipline to the startups and scale-ups that need it most — without the cost of a full-time hire.
